My girl sway- ttc this cycle
I have finally approached the cycle we will ttc our (hopefully) sweet baby girl after 5 months of tracking and 3 months on the LE diet! So nervous!
Below is our sway plan. I know not everyone believes in certain sway tactics, but if it was something simple, I figured it couldn’t hurt to add it Can you please let me know your thoughts and if I’m missing anything? TIA
Girl Sway Plan:
Diet:
LE diet within all limits and 1500-1800cal (and skip breakfast most days, no snacking)
Low chicken
No red meat, potatoes, tomatoes, or bananas
Crystal light
Diet Coke
Supplements:
Folate 1200mcg
Fiber supp - on occasion
Baby Dance:
BDM - one time 3 days before O
DH frequent release every day for 7 days leading up to attempt
Shallow release
Missionary
Jump & dump
Other:
PRAYER
Dove sensitive soap
Lavender essential oil in diffuser
Lavender candle
Rose quartz rocks in room
Checking pH
Chinese gender calendar

You guys don't need to give up the potassium foods. LE Diet is NOT sky high in dairy intake and in turn potassium (like the mineral diets are) and it's very difficult to get enough for your body to funciton (and you can literally die from too little potassium so this is not something to screw around with.) I really want to urge you to ditch shallow release. Shallow release has never been proven to sway and has severely cut odds of conception and with a 3 day cutoff after FR you're going to need a decent chance of conceiving. REally urge you to drop shallow.
We have found no benefit of checking pH. It did not predict whose sways worked and whose don't and has caused tons of stress and control freakishness for people. I wouldn't bother with it.
If the Chinese Gender Calendar worked, there would not be orphanages full of unwanted baby girls. I really do not recommend skipping months for supernatural things that do not work at all, esp. given your already low BMI!!!
Keep aspartame in safe and sane amounts 2-3 servings (12-16 oz) per day and no more than that.

Thank you atomic!! I will ditch the shallow release and the Chinese calendar (I only wanted to include it since it was right for my 2 boys), I know it’s in God’s hands anyway. I am concerned about my BMI and not being able to conceive. I somehow managed to drop to 99 pounds, yesterday I was back at 100 pounds. I am just so worried gaining a few pounds will mess up my sway. I have been making it a point to eat at least 1600 calories a day now and added in breakfast. My DH is getting concerned about my weight loss and saying if we don’t conceive this month, I can’t do the diet anymore of course I still will do the diet, but prob not as religiously. He says I’ve gone OCD with it, and it’s affecting our relationship.
I make sure to stick within the right amounts for crystal light and Diet Coke. I will also ditch the pH testing. I have stopped using the fiber because of my weight loss. I hope I didn’t mess up whole sway bc I lost too much weight too soon

Oh, I forgot to ask. Should I still be adding in a day of 60 minutes of walking each week with my low BMI? This extra day makes it 4 days a week of exercise (since I am a nurse and work 3, 12 hour shifts a week on my feet most the day).

If you can, I would. Up cals if you need to to compensate but I do have more faith in 4 days than 3 (and yes you're right the days you work count for exercise when you're on your feet that long.)

If it's starting to affect your relationship then definitely don't be so strict on it! Are you for sure getting in at least 1500 calories daily? I understand being afraid that gaining some weight sways boy but I think a few lbs would be beneficial to you & your health.
Also, not an expert but personally I don't think you should add in another day if you're already on your feet so much & have a low BMI...[8-20-08] [4-7-13] [5-1-16] [11-2018] & hopeful in feb '19.
